In the last few years, exercise has become quite popular because people have realized how useful physical activity can be for their physical health. At the same time, the World Health Organization and other similar organizations have been working on increasing the awareness about the negative effects of physical inactivity. The WHO has warned people that physical inactivity has become the leading cause of disease and disability in modern time. But, what many people don’t know is that physical activity and exercises are good for the mental health too. The National Center For Biotechnology information stated that “It turns out that exercises act as powerful, natural stress relief method. There are numerous studies that have confirmed that they can eliminate anxiety too.”
